The hotel crew at this amazing place were like family, super friendly and incredibly attentive. I was blown away by the fresh morning breakfast with mango and the surprise smoothies made for me in the afternoon after my temple and countryside cycling adventure. The location is perfect, close to the center and airport, with an incredible massage service by the pool. Can't ask for anything better. A big thank you to the evening and morning crew for making my time unforgettable. Also, special thanks to the team at Beyound Unique Escapes and my newfound friends at Grasshopper Adventures for recommending this fantastic hotel.

This venue is ideal for shopping at the market, with well-sized rooms that meet the standard and a location close to everything we wanted to do, just a 10-minute walk from the bus station.

had a fantastic time in siem reap, but memoire hotel made it even better! friendly staff, spacious rooms, and great amenities. communication was a breeze, and the pool view room was a pleasant surprise. loved the convenient location near a modern supermarket.

We had an absolutely fantastic time at this hotel! The staff here are incredibly friendly and made us feel like family from the moment we arrived. They were so attentive and made our check-in process easy and relaxing, especially since we were traveling with young children and an elderly relative. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and clean, with great TV channels for the kids. We also had the pleasure of dining at the hotel's restaurant, where the food was excellent. We highly recommend trying the traditional Cambodian dishes - they were absolutely divine! The service provided by the staff, especially Tra, was exceptional. They were patient, accommodating, and always went the extra mile for us. the hospitality of the staff here made our stay unforgettable.

We had a great stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, right in the center of everything and a short tuk tuk ride away from most attractions. Being right next to a supermarket was super convenient. The hotel facilities were great, including a lovely pool and a restaurant with delicious food - make sure to eat here at least once! The staff were friendly and accommodating, always greeting us by name and making us feel like family. The cleanliness of the rooms was perfect and the breakfast was perfect to start our day.

Stayed for Easter weekend and enjoyed every bit of our stay. The staff was very welcoming and went above and beyond to meet our needs. The location was perfect, giving us easy access to popular attractions and restaurants. The room size was impressive, allowing us to move around comfortably. The pool was a great addition that we couldn't get enough of and the room service was prompt.

Our only concern was the lack of trash bins in the room and the temperature of water in the shower that wasn't always consistent. the experience was memorable and one we would love to repeat.

The hotel's location was great for exploring the area. It was situated near the old market, making it easy to immerse yourself in the local culture. the rooms were comfortable and nicely decorated with flower petals. the staff was extremely friendly and provided excellent service. the breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. the pool was a nice addition and offered a relaxing atmosphere during the daytime.

The hotel's location was a bit inconvenient for those with an early morning flight out of the city.

The hotel staff were super cool and always had our backs. We partied it up at Pub Street, which was just a short ride away in a tuk-tuk. And let me tell you, the Khmer Cooking Class was fire! We learned how to whip up some legit Cambodian dishes and it was hella fun. Definitely a must-do in Siem Reap!

The only thing we wished for was a more happening nightlife scene at the hotel. It would've been epic if they had a club or a bar where we could chill and vibe.

Friendly Staff and Great Location Stayed in a hotel during my recent city break and I must say that the staff was incredible. They were so eager and helpful, always willing to help us with anything we needed. the location was perfect! It is in the center of the city and we could walk to all the attractions. the hotel also had a pool and massage service, which was so relaxing. the breakfast was fantastic with a good selection of food.
